Love Yourself

Challenged by how others see you?

I am reminded of a book by Terry Cole-Whittaker. The title says it all; “What you think of me is none of my business.”

Love Yourself

Many of us get very caught up in trying to please others and lose sight of who we are and what we want. Which quite frankly, makes it very difficult to love yourself. That’s because you are actually devaluing your own divinity. To love yourself is to honor the sacred being that you are.
Take a few moments to ask yourself “what do I want?” Really think about it. Have you ever asked yourself this question before, because it is probably one of the most valuable gifts you can give yourself. So, again, take a few moments, breathe deeply and inwardly ask yourself, “what do I want?”
If you have a hard time getting an answer, its most likely because you either don’t feel worthy of having what you want, or you believe that to have what you want you first have to work really hard before you can have it. Neither is true.

The Law of Attraction

You can have whatever you want, right now. You can simply close your eyes and put your creative imagination to work. Breathe gently and see yourself having what you want. How does that feel? Stay with that feeling and continue giving yourself what you want.

As you do this, your own limiting beliefs may try to sabotage you, so to them inwardly say thank you, I love you and I am letting you go for my highest good. Then immediately go back to seeing yourself having what you want and how that feels. This is putting the universal law of attraction to work for you. And how to love yourself by creating responsibly.

Excerpt from our Law of Attraction Program:

“The law of attraction is a two edged sword. It has no conscience and will manifest our hopes and fears equally based solely on where we place our focus. This law affirms us as creators and holds us
responsible for our creations.” by Bodie McCoy

Continued: When we become conscious of this law our minds are opened to possibilities and we are often eager to learn how to best use it. To use it wisely we must learn however not about the law, but about ourselves. This law is like a calm pool that responds to our every movement, thought or feeling. In this pool, feelings and actions speak louder than our thoughts and words, but then our feelings and actions begin with our thoughts and words; “As you think, in your heart you shall become.”

Universal Concepts

Now you might be thinking; is this a religious teaching? And the answer is a resounding no! Everything we share on this website has universal applications for everyone. We do often reference quotes from the Bible, however we also reference sacred knowledge from the ancient Mayas, Buddha, the Kabbalah, and many others.

The Bottom Line

Our lifetime has been dedicated to learning what works, what is true and pure. On our path of discovery we have realized that the most powerful bottom line in every spiritual teaching is to go within in order to know and have the life you desire. We are so focused on the outer reality that we value money and material things over the truth, and we have lost ourselves. Turning our focus within, to our spiritual reality, is how indeed we create a fulfilling outer reality.

“How others see you is not important. How you see yourself is everything!” Quotes by Bodie McCoy
