Step 1: Setting Intention: Always begin by opening your heart to sincerely ask for only that which is for your Highest Good be revealed to you as you generate your creator profile level five for today. The creator profile level five works specifically with the throat chakra. Working with this helps free up blocked energy that you may have created in the past having anything to do with listening, speaking, communing and joyful. Reflect upon each word for a moment. The 1st word you generate represents a challenge this week related to that word. Simply feel how this word is challenging you right now. Move on to #2 which is your opportunity word for the week and reflect on how this word can be an opportunity. Continue to #3, the theme for this week, and reflect on what that means to you. Then move on to the ascendant. This is the word that will assist you in ascending to a new level of awareness as you open and accept your own inner guidance.
Step 3: Now use this Random Selector #2 to choose which 1 of the 16 ‘Door of Perception’ Meditative Exercises you are being guided to listen to help integrate and release all that no longer serves you on this level.
